Hi,
Robert is right, your drive is not supported by Drive Setup version you are using. I would try to download latest greatest version of Drive Setup from Apple. If this one will not help go for Hard Disk Speed Tools from Intech http://www.intechusa.com/ . I prefer them over FWB.

Don't think that that has anything to do with it, since your Mac can see the
disk.
As Woody already wrote, you probably have a drive that's not supported by
Apple's (they supported only a few drives in those days) and you need
another formatting utility/disk driver like FWB's hard disk toolkit.
