Hello,
I'm a bit of a newbie of a Newton owner, but an old hand at the
Macintosh. I just purchased a Newton 2100 which is in the mail as I'm
writing this. I have a few issues I'd like to resolve before it arrives.
The newton I won is just the newton, NiMH battery, and stylus. I paid
extra for the pc serial cable. I run both windows XP and Suse Linux.

1) I need software to sync my new Newton with my calendar in Mozilla
(aka Netscape calendar). I noticed that the NCU software doesn't
support this. What options do I have? If I have to use the newton
under linux only that's alright by me, I just need a link or title to
software.

2) Can I use standard AA batteries? (or is it AAA?) or does that require
some special holder for the newton that I might not have?

3) What is the current status of 802.11b wireless ethernet
compatability? I know the farallon wireless card is supposed to be
supported, but I recently found out about another card that works in my
PB 1400c (Mac<somebody> god I can't remember. Bookmarked it at work.)
and I was wondering if these cards would work.

4) I'm considering this year a cell phone for the first time, what cell
phone would work with the newton, and what do I need to use with it?

I know some of these questions might have been answered somewhere, but
all of the Faq's I've found are out of date. More recent information
would be appreciated.
