I have downloaded the ebase package from
http://www.ltscotland.com/softpub/ebase.asp

And have installed it on my 2100. The only thing I can find that it
installed was something called "ebase:SCET". Tapping it only brings up a
slip stating :tapping this does nothing"

How is this application suppose to work? Rummaging around on there web site
I found no documentation.
