Sorry that this isn't in the list FAQ yet, but yes, we have a limit on how
many lines you may quote. The settings currently are:
- when a message is over 21 lines long, the filter is activated. Any
messages under 21 lines are not affected.
- If a message is over 21 lines long and over 70% of the message is quoted
material, it is not accepted and the user receives a message outlining
why their message was not sent to the list and why, etc etc.
