True, clear and conscice replies with just enough of the
previous message to remind the reader what the person was
replying to would be the perfect world. Unfortunatly, I
personally am incapable of being conscice, and often clear also.
I think it would be good to encourage short sig files to go
with those short messages too. When the sig to reply ratio
is in excess of 300%, thats a bit much (a 7 line sig to go
with a 2 line reply). :-)
