There is a 'newton_i.pdf' sheet that shows (on the last sites) the elektrical Voltage, Amperes and Watts that needs for a AC poweradapter.
 
I build a simpel Voltagelimiter with KA317 integrated cicuit for a cheap AC poweradapter that have at the 7,5V limit more V than this, now it works with a 120, but you need Multimeter to chek the elektricals.
