Don't panic, Tim! I use that exact modem, and it works fine with the
generic "28.8 and faster" setup. But I also have a specific driver for it,
which you can download from <homepage.mac.com/mzb>. (Couldn't mail it to
you, having some kind of server or router problem and can't seem to send
attachments or large messages.)
Have you double-checked all the settings, like selecting the correct PC card
slot, etc.? What exactly is going wrong?
