Hey Fellow Newtoneers!

I usually save all my data (Notes, Names, Pocket $,
etc.) internally. But I noticed that I had set one of
my cards as the target for data. I've switched back to
internal but I'm wondering if now I've got a portion
of my data stuck on a card (that I would prefer not to
have permanently stuck in my Newton).

Is there any way to get everything saved back on my
internal flash RAM (that's what it is, right?).
