[NTLK] Connection 2100 to Windows 2000

I need help. I have a 2100 and a Windows 2000 machine. I can only connect via a USB to Serial adapter (Keyspan) . I looked at the FAQ's and archives and didn't find anything. The Serial port on the Newt is OK. (keyboard works). The computer serial port checks out good. I tried two different cables. I'm using Newton Connection Ver. 1.0a.
