One can rest assured that whatever Apple will still do on the PDA/Handheld
marker will never hold the name Newton again, was probably a mistake to keep
the name in the first place. After all, if they would have marketed the 2x00
series as a new PDA (different form factor) people might have noticed that
the HWR is pretty good ;-)
