Claris Organizer, but AFAIK you have to be careful with the settings,
make sure that the Newt 'wins' otherwise you could loose stuff on your
Newt. Makes it a one way synch I guess, I just always used it for
export to CO, very nice though because it gives you all your Newt stuff
accessible on your desktop.
I think there is stuff on this on This Old Newt as well...
