Hey, it's Apple! Remember that e.g. current iBooks have better
physical support for external displays than what you actually get in
the standard product, as Apple wants "more distance" to the
PowerBooks.
So yes, we are. MacWorld was a product-tsunami anyway, too much
choice at once equals smaller sales for the single product, most
people just have a limited amount of cash to spend at a time.
