I have the latest bould that you listed on the list and all I get is:
/Applications/Escale\ OSX.app/Contents/MacOS/Escale\ OSX
2003-04-21 08:23:20.838 Escale OSX[593] CFLog (0):
CFPropertyListCreateFromXMLData(): Old-style plist parser: missing
semicolon in dictionary.
2003-04-21 08:23:20.899 Escale OSX[593] CFLog (0):
CFPropertyListCreateFromXMLData(): The file name for this data might be
(or it might not): file://localhost/usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Amsterdam
and nothing after that while the Newt sat doing nothing. (pretending to
be installing)
BTW, I checked by installing it through NCU but NewtTest.pkg works fine
in my 2100 so it wasn't a compatibility issue but rather Escale that
got the package through over TCP/IP but somehow mangled it...
