To anyone about to take their memory card out to scan for Victor et.
al. (and i would do so if the following were not true)

BEWARE!!!!!

If you take the chip out of your eMate it is HARD RESET!!!!!

  If you do not backup you WILL loose data, so BACKUP FIRST!!!
