Awesome. Since this has a big sticker on it that says "4MB eMate" I'm
guessing that after installation your eMate has 4MB DRAM and 6MB Flash available?
The RAM chips are 16Mbit (2Mbyte) each, I can't find a specific data sheet on
them, but they're likely 5V low-power FP DRAM, 70ns. The only listing
remotely similar that I could find online is in this catalogue:

It looks to me like that board is 2-layer, which would mean that it would be
"simple" to clone (as opposed to having someone take apart a 4-layer board)
