Arg! Why did RedHat 8 not start Apache when it was supposed to? Grr.

It's up now. This is what happens when my kitten steps on the power button
of my UPS. (If a UPS is supposed to be "uninterruptable" then why does it
have a power switch, on the top, in the dead centre of the box?)
