[NTLK] Paperback fonts

Anyone have a clue how to hack Paperback to support the Minico font?
I crossed my fingers and changed monaco to minico with a hex editor
in the executable.. but no luck of course :)

Any other options? I'd rather not use NewtScape, Newton Press, or
BookMaker just to convert simple ascii text files into a suitable
format for the newton..
