I just noticed that Brian said that he's printing-
Brian, are you using the printing recognizer or the cursive one? The
printing recognizer does not learn your handwriting (but is more accurate to
start with).
One thing you could do rather than change your writing habits would be to
use the substitution feature (I don't have my newt in front of me, what's
the official name?) You could note the common words you're always
correcting and add them.. this would leave you to only correct the less
common words. So for an example you might map "buher" to "butter"... The
feature is accessed from the dictionary panel- it's very useful for other
things too, and probably one of the most overlooked features!
