In a moment I'll be upgrading the list software. There shouldn't be any
hiccups, but if there are you'll know why (if you're not on digest, that is).

This should fix a host of problems, including:

-security fixes for eCartis
-missing subjects in the digest introduction (I think)
-the badly-munged-accented-character problem (I hope)
