First of all, I can't believe this... I'm gone for a few months, and the
first OT discussion I run into when I come back is POUTINE!!! (of all
things!) Some things just never change... :-)

Anyway, I think I can concur to this, never having eaten real poutine. I
tried to make it once, and I felt that it was really lacking, not having the
proper curds. You can't get anything like it here in Poland. :-( I'm still
waiting for the day I can try a real poutine! It's gotta be good is all I
can say...
