Not sure if this would be good enough for what you are going to use it
for, but I have an old Powerbook 165 that is cosmetically near perfect
and works just fine. I don't use it anymore and I hate to see it just
setting around doing nothing. The PRAM battery is good, and it has two
working batteries and A/C adapter. It does have some apps installed,
like Powerpoint 4.0, WriteNow 3.0, Panarama, and Clarisworks 4.0. It's
currently running OS 7.5.1 with no problems. It does have two serial,
one ADB, external monitor, audio in and out, and SCSI ports on the
back. It is gray-scale, but if you will mostly be working with text,
that's probably for the better. I'd sell it pretty cheap, just because
i'd like to see someone getting some use out of it. If you are
