Proxy shouldn't matter for domain resolution - sounds like for web
surfing, your company requires a proxy server, so this should only
affect you in Newtscape or NetHopper, which allow you to set a proxy.
The more likely reason you're not getting out is due to your proxy
requiring authentication, which either the Newt doesn't understand, or
you haven't configured the Newt's browser to use a proxy.
