[NTLK] Is there a Newtonscript tutorial?

I have been trying to read the Newtonscript manuals, without a whole lot of
success to date. I have done some visual basic and some regular C as well as
high level basic programming, but I'm just not getting the newtonscript.
Are there layman's tutorials about with sample code to do the usual "Hello
World" and progressively more difficult tasks?
