[NTLK] Trouble Connecting to PC

I am trying to connect my eMate300 to my Windows PC using NCU. It seems to
connect but when I try to install a package the eMate reports that the PC
disconnected. I seem to remember this a fairly common issue that could be
fixed with a slowdown.exe program - but can't remember where I read this or
where to find the program.
