Try this address. This is where I ordered my ethernet card for my PB1400. He
has lots of parts for all the powerbooks. I even ordered a replacement back
door as mine had broken off. This is the internal ethernet card you refer
to. It goes over the memory card and out a back port after you remove the
plastic cover. These guys are very nice to work with and will help you find
what you are looking for. Oh, and I can look around for a copy of the
drivers for this particular board if anyone is looking for them. (came on a
floppy no less, how ancient).
