I have one of those as well (a 3C562D-TP actually). I've been able to
get the modem side to work in my PowerBook, but the ethernet side of the
card won't respond to any of the drivers I've been able to dig up. However,
the cables work nicely with my Farallon cards, so it's not a total loss.
