Jon,

I don't know what kind of router you are using, but it might be helpful
in disclosing some of the info you need.

With my asante router, I can log into it as the administrator and view
all sorts of "stuff" related to the specific machines connected to it,
either wired or wireless.

Congratulations on getting the 1400 AND the Newton "unwired."
