You don't have the AppleTalk CTB extention in your Classic (or OS9, or
whatever) system folder. If it is there, but you still get this error, then
it's the wrong version. The best (only?) way to get it back is to reinstall NCU.

If you don't use AppleTalk connections from NCU, then just unselect AppleTalk
from the NCU prefs.
