I have the following completely off-topic question:
(the reason that I'm asking is because I'm trying to verify an address of
somebody that ripped me off really bad on eBay)

Is there anywhere where I can look up a telephone number for a specific
address?
(so exactly the opposite of what the White Pages etc. can do, look up
address and telephone number for a specific name)

Suggestions and tips off-list please.
