This is a 3Com 3c589D.
I use it regularly, as well as an EtherLink III, like you have off to
the side in the first photo.
I don't have a farallon driver, but I have two for 3c589s: one called
just 3c589 and the other called z3comDrv:clli. So, in
Prefs>Appletalk>Card, I get two choices for 3com - 3c589 and 3c589D.

And don't forget Newton Devices.pkg, and put them all on the internal
store.
