Not using AppleScript.
But you could remotely trigger a NewtonScript through NPDS over an HTTP
connection. Specifically, a script that would reboot your Newton when a
certain URL was accessed. I can't imagine that the NS code to force a
reboot is very complex (someone with a bit more NewtonScript finesse
could help me here...), but it can be done. You'd define a script as a
server-side include tag using the built-in NPDS Script Editor and then
embed that tag in a page that can be accessed using NPDS. When that page
is loaded by a browser or triggered by some other HTTP request, the
script gets executed and ka-blooey. The URL could look something like:
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/html/reboot
See the NPDS development site for the packages and docs.

I know this sounds complicated, but you did ask if it was possible. :)
