Hi,
I would like to note that if you connect through crossover cable from
your computer to a newton without a hub, MacOS X is turning AppleTalk
off if there is no activity (which is all the time). Please check list
archive, Anton posted a workaround.

Subject: [NTLK] NCU & OS X
I apologize if this has already been discussed.
Is there a way to connect MP2001 to OSX (10.2.3) with NCU running in
Classic via
Ethernet? When I try I get the message it Needs Appletalk active but
when I
check Appletalk is active in both OSX and Classic, but it thinks it's
not. Has
anyone solved this issue?
Thanks
Robert
