[NTLK] Additional or custom recurring intervals for meetings

Has anyone made a package that will let you specify intervals for recurring
events or meetings other than the defaults? I have an event that needs to
repeat every 4 days and one that needs to repeat every 8 days which are
obviously odd intervals. Be nice if it adds this funtionality to the drop
down repeat menu when you select "Other".
