I have a bunch of new 2MB Linear flash cards.

They are made by Centennial.

They come from some expensive Compaq Raid controllers, but the newton
happily formats them. Luckily, Compaq updates the firmware on these often,
and they use these cards each time.

I know 2MB isn't much, but I'll ship them to you for $5.
