I presume you mean the Formac Studio DV/TV? Not really a webcam, but...

Allow me to correct myself... Cameras or devices that use standard DV
format for transporting video over Firewire don't need additional
drivers.

So if a FW webcam provided a DV stream you actually don't need a
special driver. I don't think any of the FW webcams I've seen do this,
but it's certainly possible...
