I bought it about eight months ago. They were quite responsive to email.
I know that was a while ago, but I'd suggest emailing two addresses:

It's a great product. I'm flying out to DC today and I've got my
itinerary in Gulliver.
The Newton-only feature of showing a little 'as the crow flies' graphic
of a plane overlaid over a map showing your realtime progress to your
destination is gratuitously cool.
