Well, your wrong :~) ! But seriously, both Carbonlib and the USB
adapter supports are separate components that are added to the 8.6 OS
install.

Although I must admit to not using USB very much from 8.6 (a printer
here and there). Also carbon was not an issue when I last ran 8.6 so
perhaps my original statement is wrong if you intend to use Carbon
Apps...
