I'd be all for setting up MT on Newted. And yes, I would definitely
appreciate help in doing so.
However... and this is a reasonably big however...
Previous research has shown that installing and maintaining MySQL on a
Qube2 is a bit of a bear, and I don't want to risk conking out the
web-based administration tools by installing stuff that convolutes the
syste,. Remember, I've still got to take care of the 900+ Newted
Community accounts on that box. :)
However, the Qube2 does run the required Perl 5.004_04 and apparently MT
can use the DB_File Perl module. Any ideas about using this? I have a
feeling that MySQL will be the deal breaker on this one.
