The adapters I have for MP 110-130 are 3.5W, not 7W. (They are 7V, which may
explain the confusion)
The ones I have (both US and UK models) are labelled 100-240V, and I've used
both types in both countries with no problems. But I have heard rumours of
single voltage adapters, so do check the label before you plug it in!
