I like it. Do you think the cost of printing and distribution of hard copy
is not too much? Mailing or downloading a PDF would allow you all the
creative freedom and keep your costs to a minimum and would allow us to keep
issues online for reference and they would never go yellow!

You could do a lot with this idea as there are plenty of things to write
about.
