I received a .pkg from Standalone via email. I don't know if I have
something set incorrectly in my browser (Netscape 4.7) or what. When I
save the attachment (pkg) it appears on the desktop as a Netscape file
(the icon). I have tried running it over packtype, and it does change it
to a
"package" icon, but I think you could do that with any file. I have
tried opening it with stuffit, just
in case. But anyway, when trying to install the pkg in the Newt, it
just hangs at the end. So my
thinking is the file is bad or I have not downloaded the actual file do
to some kind of mime
setting issue.
