no no chill. first make sure you have:
farallon enet driver
newton devices driver
newton internet enabler 2
nie ethernet module
z3ComDrv

reboot

then make a trip to Prefs and ensure the appletalk setting is
Ethertalk. now try connecting to whatever and see what happens. the
error should disappear.
