That's because it's set as your backdrop. When an app is set as the
backdrop, you can't launch it because it's always open, so it doesn't show up
in Extras. To get it back, set something else as the backdrop (like Notes)
by selecting its icon in Extras and tapping Route->Make Backdrop. Then Avi's
will show up in extras again and you can delete it :)
