Hi gang,

is there a way to make NewtonPress (1.1, Windows version) create a
book with a custom Extras icon? I don't like those NewtonPress has
on board.
Or, more generally speaking, is there a way to change the icon of
a Newton package *after* it has been compiled into a package?
