I still use the built in for misc extensions. The more-folders
extensions organization is just to help me put SAS, Fonts,
and other grouped extensions in one area. You can pull up 'Global
Folders' on the folder list, but (at least on my Newton) it
doesn't show the built-in folders. It's probably not a good idea
to try removing system folders. When you install an extension,
the Newt files it automatically into the extension folder. Unsure
what would happen if you tried removing that. Incidentally, I
remember some time ago trying to add "Extensions" as a global
folder with sub-folders under. I don't remember the details...
just that it didn't work.
