I don't mind picking up where PCBMan left off (that's if Dave is not
producing any more) and I am sure a small run of 100 would sell quickly.
I am just wondering if we can't do more than just a serial port.

you could (in theory-you have to be really good with a soldering iron)
remove the interconnect port and solder a serial port ect. to the pins,=20
but its very tricky.
theres also the slot that the ser-001 fits into that AFAIK (could=20
someone verify/contradict) you can put in wires into the audio and=20
power pins, without the need to solder them in. same for the serial=20
actually, but it would be at cmos level, not the level for appletalk=20
(hence the ser-001).
but now that dongles are becomming rarer, now would be the best time to=20
start making a ser-001s, rather than stop.
