With the nice information provided by Frank, I was able to replace the video
cable that has been punctured by the infamous hinge. I also repaired the
hinge. Now, there is only one problem: if I turn off the eMate, it won't get
back on unless I reset it. This unit was used and obviously already opened,
so I think it might be because I'm missing the screen switch plunger. Does
anybody can confirm that this is the problem I have? If so, anybody has this
switch for sale?
Thanks!
-Laurent.
