I have a small number of *new* battery packs for the MP2x00. They come
in sometimes battered boxes, but I've checked them all out and they
hold a good charge (24-36 or more hrs with the display on). The only
downside I can see to them is that some of them don't seem to seat well
enough in my primary Newton to make a good contact. On the other hand,
they *all* seat fine in my secondary unit. Perhaps my main unit is
developing the dreaded battery-pushed-in-too-far syndrome. In any
event, I'm holding a few good-in-either-machine units back, and will
gladly swap if the one that you might purchase doesn't seat in your
machine.
Cost: $30.00 + shipping ($2 by 1st class mail, $4 by Priority Mail,
overseas $6.50 and up by Global Priority Mail, depending upon country)
I can't *guarantee* your satisfaction, but I'll gladly refund your $30
if you're not happy with the item in any way -- just send it back in
like condition.
Note: At this price, I need to charge for postage a second time if you
need the it-doesn't-seat-well swap. [You're risking an additional $4
(return to me + ship replacement to you) at first class rates -- still
a bargain!]
Yours in Newtondom,
Tom Zahm
