Hey Mike, I have had the same experience....I bought on 2-1-03 a power
adapter from delvaldiscount for my emate. It didn't arrive until
2-24-03..very slow response. When I plugged it in I got the message that
"Voltage is too high" so it would not charge. I contacted David Kaufman via
email, and said I wished a properly working unit, he provided a return
address, and I shipped the unit on Mar. 4...I haven't seen a refund or
replacement yet....Not great service.
