Yes, it is. And it could be useful, as well. If nothing else, then to make
use of that spare 2100 I don't have! :)

No, but seriously, it could act as a replacement ringer for a phone. I
can't count the number of times I have missed a call because my phone's
ringer is too quiet and too indistinct from my roommates' phones.
